WJVO Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between WJVO and any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the WJVO platform located at wjvo.app. The platform includes sports betting, virtual sports, JILI Slots, Pusoy, and all related account, payment, and support services.

By completing the WJVO registration process, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. WJVO reserves the right to refuse service to any person who cannot or does not comply with these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules published on the WJVO platform – for example, specific rules applicable to individual promotions or specific game formats. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the more specific rules will take precedence for that product or promotion only.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at WJVO, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WJVO does not permit access to or use of the platform by any person under the age of 18, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts acting on behalf of third parties, or accounts funded by a third party's money are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player at WJVO or be subject to any cooling-off period that is currently active on your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one WJVO account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is a breach of these Terms. WJVO monitors for duplicate accounts and will merge or close any identified duplicates. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided at WJVO's discretion.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number or email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change. WJVO is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WJVO login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your WJVO account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact WJVO support immediately at support@wjvo.app.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

WJVO may request identity verification documents at any stage – including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or similar). Accounts that do not pass KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All WJVO account balances are held and transacted in Philippine pesos (PHP, ₱). No foreign currency is accepted. All stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are expressed and settled in pesos.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

WJVO accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfer, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Deposit methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is visible in your WJVO account cashier at the time of deposit.

4.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits via GCash and Maya typically reflect in your WJVO balance within a few minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the payment rails and the time of day the transfer is initiated. WJVO is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the banking system.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your WJVO account must be verified; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the available withdrawable balance in your account; (c) any active bonus wagering requirements attached to deposited funds must be met before those funds become withdrawable. WJVO processes standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits

WJVO applies minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds that are displayed in the account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Players with active promotions may be subject to additional limits as specified in the relevant promotion Terms.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when WJVO's system confirms the bet and a unique transaction reference is generated. If your internet connection is disrupted after submitting a bet but before receiving confirmation, check your WJVO bet history to determine whether the bet was accepted. Do not assume a bet was placed based on input alone.

5.2 Odds and Price Changes

WJVO displays betting odds on a continuous basis. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to your bet. WJVO will not retroactively adjust confirmed odds except in cases of manifest error (see section 5.4).

5.3 Void Bets

WJVO may void a bet in any of the following circumstances: the event is postponed or cancelled and not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport rules; the bet was placed on a market that was opened or priced in error; the event outcome cannot be officially confirmed within the required settlement timeframe. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's WJVO wallet.

5.4 Manifest Error

A manifest error is an obvious and unambiguous mistake in the odds offered by WJVO – for example, odds that are grossly inconsistent with the prevailing market price due to a pricing or system error. WJVO reserves the right to void bets affected by manifest errors and return stakes to players. WJVO will not void bets based on minor odds differences or retroactive complaints about prices accepted at the time of bet placement.

5.5 Winning Limits

WJVO applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are specified in the relevant product rules and may vary by league, event, and bet type. Any winning that exceeds the applicable limit will be paid at the maximum limit only.

6Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, WJVO offers promotional bonuses to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that are published on the WJVO promotions page. The following general principles apply to all WJVO promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion. Attempting to claim a new player promotion more than once – including by creating multiple accounts – constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• WJVO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Modifications will not retroactively change the terms of bonuses already credited to an account.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date after which any unused bonus amount is forfeited. The expiry date is stated in the specific promotion Terms.
• WJVO may withhold or cancel a bonus if it determines that a player's betting patterns indicate the promotion is being abused rather than used in good faith for genuine wagering purposes.

7Responsible Gaming

WJVO is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity, all accessible from the account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, increasing it requires a cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time alerts: Receive in-platform notifications after a configurable number of hours of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your WJVO account for a period of your choosing. During a cool-off, login is not possible.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from WJVO. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. Once active, WJVO will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

WJVO strongly encourages any player who feels their betting is becoming difficult to control to make use of these tools immediately and to contact the support team for assistance. 8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WJVO platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended or permanently closed. Funds held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

• Fraudulent deposits – using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a WJVO account.
• Bonus abuse – exploiting promotional terms through coordinated betting, arbitrage staking, or other systematic methods intended to extract value from promotions without genuine wagering intent.
• Collusion – coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or exploit the platform's pricing.
• Use of automated tools – using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or otherwise interact with WJVO on behalf of a human player.
• Money laundering – using WJVO as a vehicle to conceal the origin of funds. WJVO complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation – providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point of verification.
• Minor access – allowing or facilitating access to the WJVO platform by any person under 18 years of age.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the WJVO platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software – is the property of WJVO or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any WJVO content without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

10Limitation of Liability

WJVO provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WJVO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

WJVO's total liability to you in connection with the platform – whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise – shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. WJVO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

WJVO is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from: internet connectivity failures; force majeure events; errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers; or any action taken in reliance on information provided on the platform that turns out to be inaccurate.

11Privacy and Data Protection

WJVO collects and processes personal information as described in the WJVO Privacy Policy. By registering a WJVO account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. WJVO does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

12Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your WJVO account at any time by contacting support at support@wjvo.app. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

12.2 Closure by WJVO

WJVO reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has been identified; the account has been inactive for an extended period; WJVO is required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes; or the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WJVO reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a serious breach – such as fraud or money laundering – the balance may be forfeited in full.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to WJVO's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the WJVO platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact WJVO support at support@wjvo.app to seek an informal resolution. WJVO will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved at the support level without the need for any formal proceeding.

14Amendments to These Terms

WJVO may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law, or operational practice. When material changes are made, WJVO will notify registered players by email or through a notice on the platform. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the WJVO platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. WJVO will not apply revised Terms retroactively to bets or transactions already confirmed under the prior Terms.
