About this FAQ

What the WJVO FAQ Covers and How to Use It

This FAQ page is built around the questions WJVO players in the Philippines actually ask – not a generic list copied from a template. If you have a question about how to register, why a deposit has not appeared in your balance yet, how JILI Slots payouts work, or how to set a deposit limit, the answer is somewhere on this page.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find an answer quickly by keyword. You can also filter by topic category using the tabs above, or scroll through the full FAQ below which is grouped into six sections: Account, Deposits, Withdrawals, Sports Betting, Games, and Responsible Gaming. Each section uses the Bootstrap accordion so you can expand the question you need without wading through answers you do not.

If a question is not answered here, WJVO support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at support@wjvo.app. You can also reach the team via the live chat function inside your logged-in WJVO account. Response times are typically within a few minutes during peak hours and under a few hours overnight.

Quick tip for mobile: Tap a category card above to jump directly to that section of the FAQ. Tap a question to expand the answer. Tap it again to close it. The search bar works on mobile too – just type a keyword and matching questions will appear instantly.

My Account

Go to wjvo.app/register and fill in the short registration form. You will need your name, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, your date of birth, and a password. The whole form takes under three minutes. After submitting, WJVO sends a verification code to your mobile number – enter it to activate your account, then make your first deposit to start playing.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at WJVO. Age verification is a mandatory part of the registration process. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it will be closed immediately and any available balance will be returned to the funding source. This is a firm rule and applies to all players regardless of location within the Philippines.

No. WJVO allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – violates the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited. If you think you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support@wjvo.app immediately and the team will consolidate your accounts or advise you on next steps.

Initial account activation requires only a mobile number OTP. Full identity verification (KYC) is required before making your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID – such as a PhilSys card, SSS ID, driver's licence, passport, or PRC ID – along with a selfie in some cases. KYC is processed within 1–3 business days. Getting it done early means there are no delays when you are ready to withdraw winnings.

Log in to your WJVO account and go to Account Settings. Contact details can be updated there, subject to identity verification to make sure the change is authorised by you. For security reasons, WJVO may ask you to verify the change via a code sent to your current registered contact. If you no longer have access to your registered email or mobile number, contact support@wjvo.app directly with your registered name and ID details.

On the WJVO login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address and WJVO will send a secure password reset link to that address. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password. The reset link expires within a short window – use it promptly. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If you still cannot access it, contact support@wjvo.app.

To close your WJVO account, contact support@wjvo.app with your account details and a request to close the account. Before closing, ensure any remaining balance has been withdrawn, as the closure process will include a final balance check. If you are closing the account because of a gambling-related concern, consider activating self-exclusion instead – see the Responsible Gaming page for options that may be more appropriate for your situation.
Deposits

WJVO supports all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (₱) with no currency conversion required.

GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect in your WJVO balance within a few minutes of completion. If more than 15 minutes have passed and your balance has not updated, check that the transaction was completed successfully in your GCash or Maya app – look for a confirmed transaction reference number. If the transaction shows as successful in your e-wallet but the WJVO balance has not updated, contact support@wjvo.app with your transaction reference and the team will investigate.

WJVO has set a minimum deposit amount to ensure the platform remains accessible to everyday Filipino bettors. Current minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method – specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account when you select a payment method. In general, e-wallet methods such as GCash and Maya have lower minimums than bank transfer options. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by WJVO beyond what your bank or e-wallet provider enforces on their end.

WJVO does not charge a fee to process your deposit. The full amount you send arrives in your WJVO balance. However, some payment providers – particularly some banks for InstaPay or PESONet transactions – may deduct a small fee on their end before the funds are forwarded. This is outside WJVO's control and varies by provider. GCash and Maya e-wallet deposits generally carry no sender fees for standard transactions.

First, check your GCash transaction history to confirm the payment status and get the reference number. Then wait up to 30 minutes – occasional network delays between payment providers and the WJVO system can cause a short lag. If the deposit has still not appeared after 30 minutes, email support@wjvo.app with the following information: your WJVO account email, the amount deposited, the date and time, and the GCash reference number. The support team will trace the transaction and credit your balance manually if the payment is confirmed.

Yes. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks are accepted for deposits at WJVO. Select the card option in the cashier, enter your card details, and follow any additional authentication steps your bank requires (such as OTP verification). Note that some Philippine banks may decline transactions to online gaming platforms depending on their own merchant category policies – if your card is declined, try using GCash or Maya as an alternative, or contact your bank to check if there is a block on gaming transactions.
Withdrawals

Log in to your WJVO account and go to the cashier section. Select Withdrawal, choose your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for deposits where possible – this is a standard anti-money-laundering control. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before attempting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed by WJVO during business hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals, once approved, typically arrive in your e-wallet within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are usually faster than PESONet, with InstaPay transactions often settling the same business day. PESONet transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. If a withdrawal has been pending for longer than the above timeframes, contact support@wjvo.app with your withdrawal request details.

WJVO sets minimum withdrawal amounts per payment method, displayed in the cashier when you initiate a withdrawal. There are also daily and monthly withdrawal limits which are displayed in your account settings. If you need to withdraw a large amount that exceeds your current limit, contact support@wjvo.app in advance so the team can assist with processing arrangements. All withdrawal amounts are in Philippine pesos (₱).

The most common causes of a delayed withdrawal are: KYC verification not yet completed on your account; a pending review triggered by standard security checks; a mismatch between your registered account name and the name on your designated payout account; or a withdrawal submitted outside business processing hours. If none of these apply and your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact support@wjvo.app with your account email and the withdrawal reference number.

Identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals is a regulatory requirement that applies to all licensed online gaming and financial platforms. It protects players by ensuring that funds can only be withdrawn to accounts matching the verified identity of the registered player. It also protects the integrity of the platform. WJVO processes KYC documents as quickly as possible – typically within 1–3 business days of submission. Submit your documents early to avoid delays when you are ready to withdraw.
Sports Betting

WJVO covers a wide range of sports including the PBA (Philippine Basketball Association), NBA, international football (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Champions League), volleyball, boxing, MMA, tennis, and more. The full list of available sports and competitions is displayed in the WJVO sportsbook. Markets are available pre-match and in-play for major events. See the Betting Odds page for a current overview of available markets.

Live betting at WJVO allows you to place bets on events that are already underway. Odds update continuously as the match progresses based on the current score, time remaining, and other live factors. To place a live bet, go to the sportsbook, select the Live tab, choose the event you want to bet on, and select your market. Note that odds can change rapidly during live betting – confirm your selection before submitting, as the odds displayed at the time of placing may shift by the time your bet is processed.

Minimum and maximum bet stakes vary by sport, market, and event type. Current minimums and maximums are displayed on the bet slip when you select your market and enter your stake. As a general guide, minimum stakes are accessible for regular Filipino bettors – you don't need a large bankroll to use the WJVO sportsbook. Maximum stakes on marquee events may be higher than on less prominent competitions. If a stake is outside the allowed range, the bet slip will indicate this before you confirm.

WJVO displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most widely used format internationally and the easiest to understand for calculating potential returns. If the decimal odds are 2.50 and you stake ₱1,000, your total return if the bet wins is ₱2,500 (including your stake), giving a profit of ₱1,500. Odds format preferences can be adjusted in your account settings if alternative formats are available. See the Betting Odds page for more explanation of how odds work at WJVO.

If a match is postponed and rescheduled to be played within 24 hours of the original kick-off time, WJVO will typically keep the bet active. If the match is postponed beyond 24 hours, or cancelled outright, your stake will be refunded to your WJVO account balance. In the case of a multi-leg accumulator bet, a void leg is usually treated as a non-runner and the bet is recalculated with the remaining legs. Specific rules vary by sport and bet type – check the WJVO sportsbook rules or contact support for clarification on a specific event.

Yes. PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) games are featured in the WJVO sportsbook. You can find pre-match and live betting markets on PBA Commissioner's Cup, PBA Philippine Cup, and PBA Governors' Cup games throughout the season. Markets typically include game winner, total points over/under, and handicap betting. See the Basketball Betting page for more details on available PBA betting markets at WJVO.
Games – JILI Slots, Pusoy & Virtual Sports

WJVO carries a full catalogue of JILI Slots titles. JILI is one of the most popular online slot providers among Filipino players, known for games that load quickly on mobile and have engaging bonus features. The full list of available JILI titles is displayed in the casino section of your WJVO account after login. Visit the JILI Slots page for an overview of the most played titles and how they work.

Pusoy on WJVO follows the standard Filipino rules of the game – a 52-card Chinese poker-style card game where each player is dealt 13 cards and must arrange them into three hands: two five-card hands and one three-card hand. The hands are then compared against other players' hands. Stakes are in Philippine pesos and tables are available around the clock. Visit the Pusoy page for a full breakdown of the rules and how to get started.

Virtual Sports at WJVO are computer-simulated sporting events – virtual football, virtual horse racing, virtual basketball, and others – that run on a continuous cycle 24 hours a day regardless of the real-world sports calendar. Results are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). You can bet on virtual events at any time, making them a good option for bettors who want action during off-peak hours or between live sports events. Visit the Virtual Sports page for more details.

JILI Slots titles available on WJVO use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that determines each spin outcome independently of previous results. This means every spin is statistically random and the results cannot be predicted or manipulated. JILI as a game provider operates with published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each title – the theoretical return to players over a large number of spins. Individual session outcomes can vary widely from the long-run average RTP, which is normal for all slot games regardless of provider.

Yes. WJVO operates a single unified wallet for all products. Your PHP balance is shared across the sportsbook, JILI Slots, Pusoy, and Virtual Sports. You do not need to transfer funds between separate product wallets to switch between, say, PBA betting and JILI Slots. Winnings from any product go directly to your main balance and can be used immediately on any other section of the platform or withdrawn to your GCash, Maya, or bank account.
Responsible Gaming

Log in to your WJVO account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. Choose Deposit Limits and set your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly limit in pesos. The limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect at once. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect – this is intentional, to prevent impulsive increases during a session. If you want help setting a limit, contact support@wjvo.app and the team will do it for you. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

A cool-off period is a temporary suspension of your WJVO account – from 24 hours to 30 days. During the cool-off, login is blocked and the account cannot be reactivated until the period ends. To activate a cool-off, go to Account Settings, Responsible Gaming, and select Cool-Off. Choose your preferred duration and confirm. Alternatively, contact support@wjvo.app and ask for a cool-off to be applied – the team will action it immediately without requiring a reason.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term suspension option available to WJVO players who feel their betting has become problematic. Options include 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, your account is immediately suspended and WJVO will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is a meaningful tool – WJVO will not lift a self-exclusion before the elected period has fully elapsed. Contact support@wjvo.app to request self-exclusion or activate it from the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings.

The most important first step is to act on it rather than dismiss the concern. On the WJVO side, contact support@wjvo.app immediately and ask for your account to be placed on a cool-off period or self-exclusion – there is no waiting period and no judgment involved. Use the self-assessment tool on the Responsible Gaming page to check whether your current patterns match common problem gambling indicators. Talking to a family member or close friend about it is also a valuable step – saying it out loud can help shift perspective and prompt action. WJVO's responsible gaming tools are there specifically for moments like this.

WJVO is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is prohibited. Age is required during registration and identity verification confirms age before withdrawals are processed. WJVO takes underage gambling prevention seriously – if there is any reason to suspect an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor may be accessing an online betting platform, consider using parental control software on shared devices and having an open conversation about the financial risks of gambling.
